Tomorrow is the worm full moon.

In class we will be visiting base chakra with grounding and releasing, working with this potent energy of winter and lunar cycle wisdom.

My home studio classes will include a base chakra Soundbath, crystals and optional oracle.

You can also prepare by eating more roots and protein, wearing red/brown/black or whatever feels grounding to you today xx

Of all the things I've trained in to shift my energy, mood and wellbeing... nutrition has been one of he most potent.

I've found it incredibly empowering, as someone who has a highly sensitive gut, to be able to create every comfort food with a Superfood vibe.

I love eating. It's like a hug from within. It affects energy, hormones, mind states but it's also an act of self care (and sometimes art) 3 times a day.

This recipe is amazing and I highly recommend giving it a whirl 👌

One of my favourite things to offer is reiki and energy healing sessions.

Before a client turned up I found Merlin had snuck in and even tucked himself in 🤣

The client loves cats so he stayed for the whole treatment.

This year I'm dedicated to my growth.

Part of that growth is regularly preparing meals that are unprocessed, natural, nutrient dense.

I found that green smoothies and juices really don't have to taste like pond slime 😂

They have been genuinely delicious and I'm amazed at how my energy levels have benefitted.

How can you look after yourself that tiny bit more this year? You're worth the investment x

To complement my yoga practice I started lifting weights in December 2025.

Strength and flexibility.

What we do on the outside can also become an inner feeling. Feeling strong and flexible inside.
