Fitness Fix with a Difference!

Saturday 6th June

Come and join us for a DEKA Strength class followed by coffee and cake to us help raise vital funds for Acorns Children’s Hospice.

Acorns purpose is to positively impact children with short lives. They provide specialist care and expert support to help families caring for seriously ill children fill the time they have together with love, laughter and lasting memories.

It costs around £14 million to provide this vital care each year, 75% is raised through donations, Acorns charity shops and fundraising events.

Please help us to help them.

If you can’t attend the class please feel free to still pop in for coffee and cake. We will also add a link for the events just giving page in the comments if you can’t attend or there is a QR code on the picture above.
