Me and thought it would be fun!....

Well we all i can say it was good when it ended ๐Ÿ˜‚

However it is good to push yourself sometimes to see how far you and your body can go, we now have our base time which we are determined to beat on the next time round ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

Today 3 of us teamed up to perform this WOD, it got spicy very quickly but we smashed it!

Perform each set of exercises with the 'I GO, YOU GO' theory.

15 minutes on each set of exercises work non stop between all 3 of you to complete the allocated amount of rounds. What ever time you have left in that 15 min time period is your rest.

SUNDAY WOD ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ

Tackled 'ANNIE' today and I liked it!

I am struggling to master the double unders so, swapped them out for singles but doubled the quantity.
For example I completed 100 singles rather than 50 double unders.

โฐ: 8.21

Going to practice those double unders and go again to try and beat the time.

All completed with my WOD umpire ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Another workout in the vest done!

Tabatas are challenging at the best of times but this was a strange kind of fun, so glad I can now push myself harder.

Give the workout a go even if you don't have a vest for a real quick half an hour session.

Remember to rest for 1 min between each round.

Last night I attempted Fran for the first time, pretty pleased with my effort of 5.25, but it was a spicy workout for sure ๐Ÿ˜ท. Upper body was on fire ๐Ÿ”ฅ

It was modified so not RX but I am still working on pullups, therefore I switched them for TRX rows.

Going to retry in a couple of weeks and try and get sub 5.00 ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿฝ

Thrusters were performed with 20kg barbell .

Give it a go and see how well you do, you might surprise yourself ๐Ÿ˜

It's important to always remember how far you have come.

We all...
Have bad days,
Suffer from guilt,
Feel we should have tried harder,

but let's be honest we are only human, we all have setbacks at some point in our lives but its important to remember where we started and how far we have got to reaching that goal.

Today something different, but really enjoyable.

This is just 3 of the exercises.
50 seconds work
10 seconds rest
2 min rest between each round
4 rounds in total

Battle ropes
Box Jumps
Deadlifts
Wall balls (6kg)
Sledge Hammers
25kg Bag carry

30 minutes done and then concentrated on learning some new things ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Just over 20 minutes of work.

Complete all the exercises at 10 seconds first before moving up to 20 seconds.

Once you have completed 30 seconds on each, come back down again.

If you want to push it go for 40 seconds before coming back down ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
