Ultimate shape loading… can’t believe I was size 12, three months ago. Now I’m size 8 and going down 😳 Simple rule. Smaller portions, not overeating and no fat (only olive oil and avocado). That mean you can eat sugar and carbs but low is fat so chocolate it’s a no but jellies are ok 👍🏼 DM if you have any questions I’m happy to help ✨
