May was a full month ⭕️ New opportunities, new roles, a growing community with the ‘Pilates Social Club’ but also realising that sometimes, I run on adrenaline to fill in my half full cap. May was hard but it also allowed me to see the need for change so that everything else is better, and for this I’m so grateful 🤍

June is my birthday month and this year I have a special wish 🎂 “to be bold, courageous and ready to embrace the change I want to see in my life. No more excuses”

It’s fair to say I don’t have much free time at the moment but nevertheless I’m looking for moments to rest and recharge with the people I love.

Just know, if the sun is out you know where to find me — vitamin D, focus on me!

After years of searching, I finally found my community, and it’s the one I’m building
