Our ‘No Concrete’ Foundation System

CM Garden Rooms use an innovative ‘ground screw’ foundation sytem. Our ground screws are 1.2metres long and can be used in any ground condition except sand.

The screws are tied together using a tanalised timber substructure that gives as solid a foundation as concrete at a fraction of the time and cost.
