I’m reaching out today to support an incredible local charity, The Lighthouse, which provides free, vital counselling services to those who couldn't otherwise afford it.

This isn't just any fundraiser—it's a race against time. The Lighthouse needs to raise £40,000 by December, or they will be forced to close their doors. 🥺

We all understand how crucial mental health support is. Losing this service would be devastating for so many in our community.

Research suggests that restricting oxygenated blood flow with bands can achieve similar results with lighter weights—great for seniors or anyone with mobility challenges! If that sounds like you, feel free to experiment with blood flow restriction for your biceps or legs 💪

Just remember: don’t get caught up in influencer trends; placing BFR bands at the top of your thighs will do nothing to help shape peachy bottom! 🍑 Trust the professionals!
