Focused Fitness is a friendly personal training service based in Coventry and Warwickshire. We provide tailored fitness plans to help our clients achieve their goals. Our trainers have a minimal of a Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training, so you can be assured that you are in safe hands.

We understand that many people struggle to find the time to visit a gym. Therefore, as well as being able to offer sessions in a gym environment, we also offer personal training at your home or outdoors. On top of this, we have a number of different session lengths to further meet your needs.
