🚜⚽ Pitch preparation in full swing!

Today was all about getting ready for two fantastic weekends of grassroots football.

While the grass was being cut and 12 pitches were marked out using the Turf Tank, more of the ELITE team were busy preparing the changing rooms, bar, 4G pitch and outdoor areas ready to welcome everyone.

Over the next two weekends, we will host 256 junior, youth, ladies’ and men’s teams from across Cambridge and the surrounding areas for the Willingham Wolves FC annual tournament for the second year running, bringing together thousands of players, coaches and spectators.

A huge amount of work goes on behind the scenes to make events like this possible, and we’re looking forward to seeing the pitches full of football, smiles and memories.

April has been a big month for us and

Three contracts renewed: a lease, a management contract and a franchise extension, all built on consistency, accountability and strong relationships over time.

• Daimler Green 3G pitch: Further 5 year lease (17 years total)
• ESC Nuneaton: management contract renewed after 6 years
• Pools to Schools Bracknell: 5-year franchise renewal (10 years total)

These don’t happen by chance.

They come from a team that shows up every day, puts in the work and takes real pride in what they deliver.

Some talk about what’s next, the next new challenge… but real value comes from staying consistent, doing things properly and building something that lasts.

Parking Notice – ESC Arley (Old Arley Sports Centre)

We would like to remind all football teams, players, parents and coaching staff using the grass pitches at the Arley Recreation Grounds that ELITE Sports car park is strictly for leisure centre users only.

There is clear signage in place, however we continue to receive complaints regarding football-related use of the car park, as well as parking on surrounding roads and grass verges. Please use your designated parking areas and park responsibly.

Just had a new starter decide they don't fancy it now, so we are looking for a reliable, qualified Lifeguard and/or Level 2 Swim Teacher with enhanced DBS to start IMMEDIATELY (Monday)
