From zero running to completing her first half marathon in just 12 weeks 👏

This journey wasn’t just about getting the miles in - we combined structured runs with strength training and Pilates to build a strong, resilient body and keep injuries at bay. Every session had a purpose, and she showed up for all of it.

We also worked on her diet and fuelling, making sure she had the energy to perform on her runs and recover properly afterwards. That consistency behind the scenes made all the difference.

All of this while juggling life as a busy working mum - no excuses, just commitment, positivity, and trust in the process.
