Mixing training up to keep it interesting lately has been beneficial both physically & mentally

Physically seeing changes in my performance, becoming faster and stronger 💪🏽

Mentally keeping me engaged and motivated due to the variety of training, keeping things interesting 🧠

💪🏽 LADS - THREE TIPS TO STAY IN SHAPE 💪🏽

1. Understand your nutrition, you can train 8 days per week and still put weight on / bit build muscle if you aren’t on top of your nutrition 🍱

2. Find the right form of training which is going to suit YOUR goals .. e.g. if you want to build muscle, long distance running wouldn’t be your main type of training ideally… 🏃🏽‍♂️ 💪🏽 ❓

3. Consistency is 🔑 with everything you do, set your non negotiable daily’s and stick to them

You’ll rarely catch me on a treadmill, my cardio comes from playing football twice a week 🏃💨
If your goal is to lose weight then make sure you are fitting in cardio in whichever form you enjoy best.

It’s always great to see a big transformation and someone completely change their body shape, health and fitness for the better..
But it’s more impressive when them people create changes which remain forever 🎯

Our 6 week, 8 week, and 12 week programs are designed to build the habits, teach the theory, and build consistency and discipline within individuals to take forward and continue to remain in shape / healthy 👌

Three important tips when it comes to staying in shape

1. Create your non negotiable’s which you stick to - for example, I always make sure I train on a Monday, and a minimum of 3 times per week

2. Find a form of exercise which you enjoy - this makes it more likely to stick to , like anything in life

3. Always have mini goals to work towards, make sure they are realistic and time related - e.g. I want to run a 5k in “x” amount of time, or I want to lose “x” amount of weight within the next 3 months..

Staying on track with your diet can be boring 🥱
Staying motivated can sometimes be hard 😣

But I can guarantee getting older and becoming overweight and unhealthy is going to be a s**t load harder than any of the above 👆

Your body can be your best friend or your worst enemy, it all depends on how you treat it 🤝
