RLS Elite Cheer & Dance

Due to our increased interest in Cheer4Fun on Tuesdays and in preparation for Season 22 tryouts in July, we have added 2 further classes to our weekly timetable commencing Monday May 11th. Open to all children between 4-16, this is a great introduction to the sport and the chance to learn the basics of cheer in a fun and engaging session with our coaches! Classes are £22.50 per month or discounted is already taking tumbling sessions with us at the gym....

Last weekend we travelled to Worcester for our 2nd Cheerleading Competition of the season. Our first time appearing at a Revolution Competition and we had a great time and some even greater results across the programme!

This week we have our final training before competing the following weekend at Power UP in Coventry so it's GO, GO, GO for our cheer teams at the moment!!

🌟 ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT: LEAH-ROSE! 🌟

This week we’re celebrating Leah-Rose, one of our young Flyers, who brings enthusiasm, smiles and a love for cheer to every session at RLS.

At just 6 years old, Leah-Rose has been cheerleading for 1.5 years, and has already grown in confidence and excitement as part of the RLS family.

Her greatest achievement so far?
✨ Becoming part of RLS and finding inspiration in our older cheerleaders, who she looks up to and loves learning from.

Leah-Rose’s energy and joy light up the gym, and we’re so proud to have her on the mat with us. Keep dreaming big! 💜✨

🌟 ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT: AVA-MAE! 🌟

This week we’re celebrating Ava-Mae, a dedicated and confident athlete who brings energy and determination to everything she does at RLS.

At 10 years old, Ava-Mae has been cheerleading for 2.5 years, and competes as a Base and Tumbler, continuing to develop her skills and confidence across both roles.

Her greatest achievement?
✨ Earning a bid to America with Quicksilver, an incredible milestone and a proud moment in her cheer journey.
Ava-Mae’s commitment and positive attitude make her a valued part of the RLS family, and we’re so proud of everything she continues to achieve. 💜✨ 🇺🇸
