As both a fitness instructor and personal trainer, I’m passionate about helping people who may feel intimidated by gyms, unsure where to start, or stuck in cycles of stopping and restarting their fitness journey. I believe training should be realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable — not something that takes over your life.

My coaching style focuses on creating a supportive environment where people can build confidence, improve fitness, gain strength, lose body fat, and feel better both physically and mentally. Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning after time away from exercise, or looking to take your training further, I’ll help guide you with structure, accountability, and encouragement every step of the way”

Our colleague Jack is taking on an incredible challenge — swimming 20km at The Wave to raise money for Cancer Research. Jack's inspiration is deeply personal. His mum is currently living with breast cancer, and through this fundraiser he hopes to raise awareness, support vital research, and help other families facing similar journeys.

🏊‍♂️ Every kilometre swum is for his mum, for those currently fighting breast cancer, for survivors, and in memory of those we've lost.
