Coventry Half Marathon

Coventry Half Marathon is making its comeback with brand new organisers to help bring the run back to the city. Run For All has announced a partnership with Coventry City Council and support from Coventry University Students’ Union to organise the return of what is one of the region’s most loved charity road running events.

The event is returning to run on the much-loved city’s previous Half Marathon route, starting in the heart of the city centre on Gosford Street and finishing outside the steps of Coventry Cathedral.

The city of Coventry hosted the Festival of Running in October, made up of the Coventry Half Marathon and a 5K run. Despite the very wet conditions, the turn out was fantastic! Thank you again to all those who helped in making this event possible.

Almost two weeks ago, the people of Coventry came together in the wind and the rain to celebrate the Festival of Running. The weather certainly couldn't dampen the spirits of Esther Wollaston Bib #917. 😁 Thank you all for making the day a success!

Once again, a huge thank you to all those that participated in the Coventry Half Marathon and 5K run on Sunday.

A huge congratulations to the winner of the Half Marathon, Simon Burch (Bib #2229), who came in with a time of 1:10:19! 🥇

What a day!! Huge thank you to everyone who braved the weather and ran, walked, came to cheer runners on or volunteered their time to support.
