Returning to work post lockdown!
The majority of people will have returned to work in some capacity now post lockdown.
Whether you have picked up good habits in lockdown or you want to get into a better routine after lockdown, here are 7 tips to get you started and hopefully make the most progress ๐ช๐ป
1. Meal prep
2. Take healthy snacks
3. Tell your colleagues about your regime
4. Stay socially involved
5. Take a big water bottle
6. Drink healthy hot drinks
7. Take your gym kit to work with you!!

Well 2020 is over and i think we can all be glad of that!
Wanted to say a massive well done and Thankyou to all my clients in 2020, it wasnโt the most ideal year, but you guys all smashed it and I appreciate all the effort you put in ๐ช๐ป
But onwards and upwards now to 2021 and now is the time to get things in order to succeed this year!
As you will all be aware itโs not the ideal start to getting on track with your health and fitness goals as, like most of the country, Coventry moved into tier 4, meaning gyms and leisure centres had to close ๐
Hopefully with the next review in a couple of weeks time, we can head back down to tier 3 and get back into the gyms as soon as possible!
