🗓️May Training Calendar🗓️

This term we offer Iai Batta-Ho training on Wednesdays, at the standard time and location. For those of you interested in attending, please aim to arrive at training 30 minutes in advance to grant ample time to put on Hakama.

Additionally, there will be no training on Bank Holidays and as always watch the group chat for any changes to Friday classes.

Thank you to everyone who travelled with us to our Berlin Tour! Hope you all enjoyed the Seminar, siteseeing and the good company.

The Seminar led by Chris Mooney Sensei was an invaluable experience to all who attended and many thanks to all the teachers and seniors who trained with us. Special thanks to Ana and the team in Berlin for the kind welcome and accommodations 🙏🙌

We’re excited to invite you to our annual Spring Seminar, taught by Guest Instructor Barbara Imboden, 6th Dan Shidoin. This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your practice, learn from experienced teachers, and connect with the wider Aikido community before the end of term.

⏰ Time: 10:00 – 18:00
📍 Venue: Combat Room, Sports and Wellness Hub, University of Warwick, CV4 7ES

• £20 – Members / Concessions

The seminar will be followed by dinner in Kenilworth.

🥋 Looking forward to the new year, we are happy to announce we will be running the Aikido Weapons Seminar on January 17 2026!

The seminar will involve an introduction to the weapons we train with, taught by Chris Mooney 7th Dan Shihan.

Location: Westwood Games Hall; Time: 09.45-2pm

Following the event, do also join us for the post-seminar Varsity meal!
