Take That are at the Ricoh (CBS Arena...sorry, I still call it the Ricoh) Thursday, Friday and Saturday this week.
I believe the doors open at 5pm.
So to my Thursday evening folk, you might want to give yourself plenty of time to get to class.
It just might be a teeny bit crazy out there :)

After two weeks' rest, I think my body is back to where it should be🤞
I promise to be gentle with you all if, in return, you promise to be gentle with me!
Classes restart tomorrow

T’ai chi (Old Yang style) is coming to the studio below mine.
I’ve known Andy Haynes for years. He worked with Tony and I and I’ve seen him develop into an amazing instructor. He himself has trained under some pretty amazing lineages, too.
I’m really happy that things have come full circle and he’s back under the old-WOTSW/new SBG roof. Tony would be totally chuffed.
Onwards and upwards 🤗
Get in contact with Andy to find out more or to register your interest for these classes.

Some of you are aware that I had to cancel last Friday’s class and yesterday’s classes as I haven’t been well.
Was hoping to be ok for the rest of the week, but still bad, no energy, so tired all the time, temperature etc. Spoken to the doctors and they think it’s a low grade viral infection/post viral fatigue (even though I have no knowledge of ever having any virus apart from a sore throat a few weeks ago and a cough) and have advised I take the rest of this week off. So I will take their advice.
I’ve now got to try and get my brain together to text you individually. I might miss some you, so if I do, I apologise.
I’m off anyway next week so maybe two weeks of no teaching and total rest is what I need.
Back in the studio on the 1st June.
Sorry for the inconvenience xx
