Unfortunately, the result didn’t go our way in our final league match, but what a performance from our ladies! 👏🏾💪🏾

We came up against an outstanding Long Itchington side who finished the league unbeaten and deservedly took the title. They were simply brilliant on the day — and their compliment to our team afterwards says everything about the standard of the match and how far our team has come.

Coming from the league champions, those words mean a lot to us. ❤️🏏

We may have lost the match, but we walk away incredibly proud of our team, our performance, our progress and, most importantly, the spirit in which we play the game.

Sunday 23rd August | Women & Girls Softball Festival | Norton Lindsey CC 🏏

Our Women & Girls Softball team had a fantastic day full of fun, cricket and enjoyment at Norton Lindsey CC, as we approach the end of the season, with only two weeks to go!

The team played four matches with great enthusiasm and commitment, showing their love for cricket and making the day a memorable one. We came away with two wins and two very close defeats — a great effort from everyone! 👏

Well done to the whole team for representing the club so proudly today. Keep going, ladies! We still have a few more festivals and league matches to look forward to.
