Alpine Property Maintenance

A little bit of homework, re built two rotten decking steps on our garden . Plus a couple of coats of decking oil too 👍

Clad walls under stairs to form an “ office area” for a new customer in Coventry, meters left accessible as requested, desk to be fitted to conceal the meters and made removable for access to them when required.

Refixed loose flooring and replace a broken board in regular customers bedroom, relayed carpet afterwards too .

Fitted a couple of shower panels and trims in a local church , working alongside a plumber who refitted the urinals and also supplied “ push button “ valves to flush after use.

Painted gable end of new customers kitchen , along with re grouting tiles and resealing bath .

Freshened up the front of this local home , lovely new customers in Finham

Carefully remove glass and dismantled existing customers greenhouse, along with clearing broken slabs, and other debris in and around the old greenhouse.

Completion of last week’s loft job , ladders assembled and fitted with architrave fitted round the outside. 🥵🥵🥵

Re grouted existing customers wall and floor tiles, along with replacement plinths in kitchen which got water damaged from a leak, drilled and refitted plinth lights too .
