Monday 6pm - Hiit + Toning using weights (all body) and Stretches
Tuesday 6pm - Upper Body and Core Strength (some Cardio) and Stretches
Wednesday 6pm - Hiit + Toning using weights (all body) and Stretches
Thursday 6pm - Lower Body and Core Strength (some Cardio) and Stretches
Friday Day off
Saturday 8.30am - All Body Blast - eg Boxing, Cardio Abs etc and Stretches
Sunday Day off
Sessions subject to change

You will need a variety of weights if possible

A Sturdy Chair
A pillow
A Large Bath Towel
