A new programme from Sky Blues in the Community called Sky Blue Minds! This is designed to help people improve their mental health and wellbeing through sport, physical activity and social connection.

They have:

USW DEGREE PROGRAMME | A new chapter begins! 🎓

Last week, our new University of South Wales students attended their first residential at the USW Cardiff campus, giving them the opportunity to meet fellow students, learn more about their course and begin their higher education journey ✏️📚

We're proud to share that Beyond the School Gates has been shortlisted for the Sport & Healthy Living Award at the Children & Young People Now Awards 2026 🎉

Delivered at Woodfield School, the programme helps children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs build confidence, resilience and stronger connections to their local community through tailored support and activities.

We're incredibly proud to see this work recognised on a national stage and would like to thank everyone involved, especially the amazing young people who make the programme such a success 🩵

INCLUSION | Our girls squad proudly represented Sky Blues in the Community at the Premier League Kicks National Event at St. George's Park ⚽

The girls played some fantastic football against strong opposition from across the country, showing great teamwork, determination and resilience throughout the day 💪

Alongside the matches, they also took part in a range of interactive workshops, making the most of the experience both on and off the pitch.

It was a brilliant day for everyone involved, and we're incredibly proud of the way the girls represented themselves and Sky Blues in the Community throughout. Well done, girls! 👏🌟
