- Kickbacks
- Lateral leg raises
- Banded abductions
15 reps x 3 sets of each
Triset (3 exercises back to back):
- Reverse lunges
- Bulgarian split squats
- Weighted leg raises
10 reps x 4 sets of each
Superset (2 exercises back to back):
- Hip thrusts (+ 10secs hold on last rep)
- Single leg hip thrusts
10 reps x 4 sets of each

Had to jump on the trend 😆 grinding since 2016… 🧱🧱🧱
I still remember working out in Better Gym (no clue what I was doing btw) and an older lady being shocked that I was only 17. She told me to keep going and I really did just that 🥲 9 years and counting…
The goals may have changed along the way, but the grind stayed the same 🔥
Take this as a sign to just keep going!

Some lower body staples:
- Back squats x10 reps (increasing weight each set)
- Reverse lunges x12 reps each leg
- Tempo leg extensions AMRAP (as many reps as possible)
- Hip abduction x8 reps (superset with slight variation x8)
