In a time where global uncertainty, economic pressure and constant change can easily pull leaders into reactive mode, one thing becomes even more important: INTENTIONAL PLANNING. Because ultimately, life and business are not just defined by what happens to us, but by how we RESPOND to it.

A huge thank you to Tom blackledge for a powerful session on overcoming fear. Fear often sits quietly behind many business decisions, and Tom reminded us that growth often sits just beyond the things we hesitate to face.
We recognised biggest growth achievers for the quarter and huge congrats to Neil lawson & Mindaugas Petrulis for being the top achievers. Also congrats to Wayne Oakes & Jake Bayne and to Helen Routledge for amazing growth numbers. Also massive well done to Peter Wharton & Terry Burrows for the incredible growth numbers.
It was also fantastic to have Mark jennings join us with members of his community. When ambitious leaders come together across communities, the conversations & collaboration builds and the learning multiplies.
What stood out most throughout the day was the energy and openness in the room: business owners sharing wins, tackling challenges and supporting one another as they commit to their next level of growth.
As famously quoted, 'Failing to plan is planning to fail.”
Because planning gives leaders the space to step back, think clearly and intentionally design their response to the opportunities and challenges ahead.
Grateful to work alongside such committed leaders who are willing to pause, reflect and plan with purpose.
