On Friday we hosted our final First Friday Tennis event! For 6 months members have competed against one another in a fun, social environment to win the coveted titles! Congratulations to this years champions Ewan and Liliana! A massive thanks to Don who has organised a fantastic summer series this year! Over 40 members have taken part over the summer and have loved the evenings.

What a weekend for our US Open social competition….congratulations to our champions Dave and Isla who were in fine form to take the final grand slam of the year! Donald trump paid a visit and we had our own cowboy 🤠 deliver the competition!

It was Double Success for Beechwood ladies captain Claire who won the ladies senior county championships. She then paired up fellow team mate Saykin to win the doubles!!! Well done both, amazing achievement 🏆 🏆

It’s been a fantastic week for our Beechwood Juniors at the Warwickshire Tennis County Closed! Congratulations to Isla taking the 16’s girls singles and doubles….beating Ambreena in the singles final 14-12 in the deciding tie break! (We are getting used to these two having titanic battles). Isla/Ambreena paired up to win the Doubles title too. Jessica winning the 14’s girls title! In both singles and doubles. And finally special mention Oli who narrowly lost his under 11’s boys final to friend Flynn. It was the same story in the doubles too! But amazing achievement from him and all the other Beechwood Juniors who took part over the past week!
