We could tell you what makes Amity different... but we'd rather let our members do it. 🫶
A massive thank you to Helen for sharing her experience. Give it a watch to hear why she joined, the progress she's made, and why Amity is different from your typical gym. đź’™

At Amity, we believe lasting results come from a sustainable approach that fits your life.
Head Coach Sam shares why so many people struggle to keep their results - and what to do instead. 🤝
đź’Ş Let's lift.
Huge shoutout to all of our members who have been putting in the work during our Raw sessions!
Here's just a glimpse of the strength being built week after week. Keep showing up, keep trusting the process, and keep getting stronger. 👏🔥
“Personalised support.”
That’s the phrase we hear again and again.
Not just workouts.
Not just nutrition.
Not just being shouted at for 45 minutes.
Real coaching.
Real accountability.
And a place where people feel safe, supported, and actually seen.
For some people, it’s about confidence.
For others, it’s about consistency.
For others, it’s being able to keep up with their kids without feeling exhausted all the time.
Everyone walks through the door with different goals, different histories, different challenges.
That’s why we never believed in a one-size-fits-all approach.
Proud of the environment we’re building here at Amity. ❤️
10 miles done today.
No rush. No pressure. Just moving, talking, and getting outside.
Days like this are a big part of what Amity is about.
Not just training sessions… but building a community where people actually enjoy showing up, supporting each other, and spending time together outside the gym.
Because fitness isn’t just what happens in a session.
It’s the lifestyle around it. The conversations. The environment. The people you’re surrounded by.
Simple, but it goes a long way.

RAW BURN
This isn’t just a finisher… it’s where the work gets done.
No hiding. No shortcuts.
Just honest effort.
Conditioning that actually carries over — into your training, your performance, and your day-to-day life.
You don’t need to be fit to start.
You just need to be ready to work.
From barely getting up the stairs… to bench pressing 15kg dumbbells..
That’s what happens when someone has the right environment, the right guidance, and a structure that actually makes sense.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing the right things, consistently, with people who know what they’re doing.
Most people don’t struggle because they’re not trying hard enough. They struggle because they’ve never been shown how to train properly… or supported long enough to see it through.
That’s the difference.
Motivation isn’t the problem.
It comes and goes… for everyone.
The people who make progress long-term aren’t the most motivated.
They’re the ones with structure.
They know what they’re doing.
They don’t rely on how they feel.
They just show up and repeat it.
That’s what actually moves things forward.
