Monday morning at FiT365 = Hayley and Em going through recent InBody results and seeing how our members are getting on 📈
Em: “Hayley, how good is your maths? It’s not exactly my strongest subject…”
Hayley: “I got an F at school, but I’m pretty good now.” 😅
Thankfully, a calculator made an appearance.
And from the bits I overheard…
Our members are absolutely smashing it 💪

✅ Fitness levels improving
😁 Confidence growing
The best bit?
These results aren’t coming from extreme diets, endless cardio or spending hours in the gym.
Just consistent training, good habits and people showing up for themselves week after week.

Do you ever stretch after a session? 🤔
Most people focus on the workout…
Then rush off the second it’s finished 😅 (we see you 👀)
That’s why every session at FiT365 finishes with a coach-led cool down and stretch.
In fact, the whole session is coach-led from start to finish.
We guide you through the warm-up, coach you through the session, and then finish with a cool down to help your body recover properly 💚
Stretching after training can help reduce stiffness, improve flexibility and get your body recovering better for the next session.

A thought I had whilst walking these two this morning 🐶
When did we all start assuming we’ll have time later?
I’ll get fitter later.
I’ll walk more later.
I’ll sort my health out when work calms down.
After summer.
After Christmas.
Next Monday.
The funny thing is, later has a habit of turning into next year.
Then five years.
Then ten.
And one day you realise you’ve been saying the same thing for a very long time.
You don’t have to change your whole life today.
But maybe go for the walk.
Maybe do the workout.
Maybe drink the water.
Maybe stop waiting for the perfect time.
Because it rarely shows up.
