International Learn to Swim Week 🏊♂️ and Mental Health Awareness Week on the same dates 📅- that cant be a coincidence 🤯
Today, the STA are highlighting the importance of wellbeing and mindfulness, in line with Mental Health Awareness Week, led by the Mental Health Foundation
So many of our advanced level swimmers 🏊♀️ tell us how swimming helps them during exam times 🙇 for others its been a place of sanctuary when times are tough at home 🏡 🥺 being a teenager is tough sometimes!
