🇺🇸 UFC Fight Night – Vegas 2026 🇺🇸

What an incredible week in Vegas, surrounded by great people, energy, and hard work during the final preparations for Melissa’s fight 🙏🏼

After the injury Melissa suffered a year ago in Baku, she showed incredible resilience and determination to make her return.

Camp for this fight started before Christmas 2025 as we prepared for the possibility of UFC London while waiting for confirmation, which came in early January.

From that point, she got straight to work and never truly left camp after her opponent missed weight at UFC London in March.

Everything happens for a reason.

When the call came to face Bia in Vegas, many would have said no. Melissa accepted immediately, and we went straight back to executing the game plan.

Massive respect to everyone involved in Melissa’s camp. We call it a team for a reason — everyone played a part in achieving the best possible result.

From technical work to nutrition, strength & conditioning, recovery, and preparation, every detail mattered.

Huge shoutout to Shaq, James, Spud, Flow, Gaz, Paul, Jenny, and everyone involved in this incredible camp. You all played a huge role in the evolution of an amazing martial artist and athlete 🙌🏼

A positive morning speaking and taking part in Q&As with Year 5 students at Stanton Bridge Primary for their Careers Day.

Thank you for the invite, Umar, and for allowing me to give an insight into how my martial arts journey — from training at a young age, to fighting professionally — opened many paths for me in coaching, teaching, travelling, and now running our own academies and events 🙏🏼

It was great to revisit memory lane and pass on stories and advice to the next generation. It was also inspiring to hear the students share their own dream careers and what they hope to become in the years to come.

Always pursue what you believe in, wherever it may lead you. If you have a strong passion for something, nothing should stop you.
