Every Thursday at 11:15 am: 50+ Beginners class. (3 spaces left)

Monday Morning 11:15am class. 2 spaces left.

Join us for a session designed specifically for those aged 50 and over. Whether you are looking to improve your flexibility, mobility, core strength, or balance, this friendly class is the perfect place to start.
