PLEASE NOTE:- We are fully booked in the 6.05 pm class today 08/09 but we have spaces available in the 7.10 pm, therefore we will except walk in's today for the 7.10 pm class (08/09) and you will be allowed to pay cash at the door.

What can I say, but first class back after a week off and you all smashed it! I'm not going to lie that playlist was faster than I thought it would be, but my goodness, you all went for it, going at your own pace, dancing, singing and releasing those happy hormones, nice on all.

Thank you all so much for joining us, it's great to take a break but fab to be back doing what I love.

Thanks to those joining us on stage and a big welcome to the newcomers joining us.

Remember it's only Tuesday, be intentional about the rest of the week, keep moving, keep dancing, keep doing what makes your heart sing and we look forward to dancing with you again next time.

Happy September, a new start, a chance to refocus, set some goals, to make a plan of action and to take regular steps on those goals, hope you all have a Great new month!

Back home from a much needed Rest and Recouperation break in the beautiful Island of Rhodes, Greece and to the beautiful Symi island with one of my dearest and oldest school pals Zoe. The hotel, food and the old town where we chilled most nights was lovely and I would highly recommended.

Yes, I've over indulged and getting ready to get back into a routine again and back to classes from tomorrow. look forward to seeing you all again very soon😘xx

What can I say, but you blew me away! It may have been the last class of the summer but by no means the least. That was a fast playlist with some epic tunes, an yet you danced hard, squatted hard, whooped hard, partied harder and released those happy hormones, nice one all.

This summer has definitely been the hottest in the 20 years I've been teaching and with no aircon in most venues it has certainly made classes a lot more challenging so I have to salute you all and say a massive 'thank you' for sticking with me, thank you for still turning up, when you more than likely just wanted to jump in a bath of cold ice. But you came, went at your own pace, soaked in the awesome atmosphere and always left feeling accomplished and great. I just want to say how proud I am of all of you.

I am definitely ready for a break now. There are no classes next week from Mon 31st August to 6th September but i'll be back and ready to party with you from Sept 7th.

Have a great bank holiday and remember to keep moving and doing what makes your heart sing, One Love!

Last Monday class of our official summer classes and you went and smashed it!! Nice one all.

Yes you danced hard, squatted hard, partied hard and released those happy hormones. Thank you so much for joining us over the summer, it's been a real pleasure to see you all and dance together. Thanks for coming even when you was tired or feeling a little down or just too hot and yet we know the power of exercise, movement, soical interaction, which makes you feel fabulous by the time you leave.

As you know I'll be taking a weeks break next week to just stop, relax, recuperate and to be ready to party with you from Monday 7th September. Until then, keep moving and doing what makes your heart sing and have a great bank holiday weekend.
