Welcoming the Ped-O-Pul to the Pilates on Broad Lane Studio. I loved having my first play on it today following a fabulous workshop from Claire Sparrow Pilates yesterday.
Lovely clients, don’t be fooled. It looks like a small piece of apparatus but it’s a complete game changer when it comes to helping us to breathe, move and feel better.

What I am looking forward to recieving are my long yellow springs, mainly so it doesn’t look like a game of hook a duck when I need to reach the handles from a seated position! And the gorgeous desk of accessory cards from Lesley Logan.

Matfullness March Day 18: Vertical roll down

Happy Wednesday! An opportunity to celebrate reaching the pivotal point of the week by choosing to reset and move forward with intention

Think of this as your Wednesday “reset button”- grounding, lengthening, and giving you the boost you need to glide into the rest of the week

Matfullness March Day 16: Find a quiet moment on the floor

Today I’m taking a few quiet minutes with ‘For The Women’ by Donna Ashworth, this book was a gift from my son and makes my heart full.
Donna Ashworth, thank you.

Mat-fullness March Day 12: Arm Circles In Semi-Supine!

Key benefit: helps improve shoulder mobility while encouraging good shoulder blade stability

Matfullness March day 11: Stepping off the mat and into nature!

You can practice this at home by imagining you’re walking on a tightrope- for an extra challenge see if you can close one eye (or both!)
