Happy Monday everyone.
I am aware of mental health and completely get how some people feel when they first wake up in the morning. If you, like myself, wake up feeling low or just anxious about the day, turn them thoughts around quickly to positive thoughts.

“I feel great today”
“I am a good person”
“The day is going to be great”

Whatever it takes to turn those negative thoughts in to positive ones. Once you feel good and positive about the day and only when you are ready, then you go and tackle the day like a boss 💪😁🔥

Terms and conditions of the competition to win 4 weeks of PT sessions ending on the 10th April 2019 at 17:00:
Winner will receive 2 60 minute PT sessions for a period of 4 weeks. Winner will also be sent a link to download an app which will give access to a 12 week program designed to help them hit their goals. Winner must be available for a health check and consultation to enable the Personal Trainer to make sure the participant is fit and ready for exercise plus to enable effective program setting and goal setting. Winner will be picked at random on 10th April 2019 at 17:00 and will be announced on the page itself. Winner must still like the page when the draw is made, in the case that the winner does not still like the page then the prize draw will happen again until a winner is found who is still actively liking the page. The competition can be terminated at admins discretion at anytime for any reason the admin deems fit. If the competition is cancelled everyone will be notified via the page. Good Luck everyone
