MONDAY MOTIVATION ✨
As busy mums, it’s easy to think we need to wait for the perfect week before we focus on ourselves.
The perfect week rarely arrives.
There will always be work, school runs, washing to do, appointments and a million other things on that never ending to do list 📋
That’s why I encourage women to stop aiming for perfection and start focusing on consistency.
This week, don’t worry about doing everything.
Focus on a few simple habits:
💧 Drink your water
🥚 Prioritise protein
🚶 Move your body
😴 Protect your sleep
Small actions done consistently create real change.

As busy mums, it’s easy to think we need a perfect plan, a new diet or hours in the gym to feel better.
The reality?
Some of the biggest improvements in my energy and wellbeing have come from focusing on a few simple habits consistently.
This week I’ve been working on:
💧 Drinking 2 litres of water - Such a simple habit but one that’s easy to overlook, but I feel so much better for consciously getting in the 2 litres per day. I do actually add squash to mine as I wouldn’t be able to drink as much if was just water.
🥚 Hitting my protein goal - I haven’t gone crazy with my protein goal, and started with something that was manageable for me. It has helped keep me fuller for longer and supports strength, recovery and energy throughout the day.
📱 Creating phone-free time - Spending quality time with people is a big one for me, and it makes me really sad to see how we’ve all become so addicted to our phones. Ive also realised we aren’t as present as we can be, and it can be really exhausting being connected to the phone all the time. I’ve got my steps in this week, and left my phone in glove box of my car while I do a 30 min walk. It’s been so nice to be in the moment and a great way to be mindful.
🌙 Putting my phone away by 9pm - I’ve noticed that when I spend less time on my phone before bed, I sleep better and wake up feeling more refreshed.
None of these habits are revolutionary.
But they help me feel more energised, focused and present.
That’s what I’m passionate about helping other mums achieve too.
Small changes.
Realistic habits.
Sustainable results.

You will always be the biggest project you’ll ever work on.
Life will always throw you curve balls, life will be hard sometimes, and there may even be times you’ll find yourself wondering - what is the point.
Take the time you need, but make sure you reset, restart and then refocus but don’t you ever give up 💪✨

✨ What a morning! ✨
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at The Lakes at Lavender Hall for our mini retreat by the water. 🌿 From flowing through grounding yoga, to calming the mind in meditation, to the invigorating wild swim 💧 — the morning was truly empowering.
It was so special to see everyone gift themselves this time for self-care, connection, and restoration. The energy, smiles, and courage (especially getting into the lake!) made the morning unforgettable.

✨ Just like that… my baby girl has completed her very first week of school! ✨
The little girl who made me a mummy is stepping into this brand new world—and what a rollercoaster of emotions it’s been. Pride, joy, a few tears, and so much love all wrapped into one week. 💖
I know she’s ready, and I just know she’s going to thrive, grow, and shine brighter than ever. 🌈
To all the parents sending their little ones off to school for the very first time—I see you. I feel it all with you. The nerves, the pride, the big heartache, and the big love. We’ve got this—and so do our brave little ones. 💪✨
