We’re so fortunate to have the incredible Trish of here with us at Callum’s Kabin.

Trish is much-loved at The Dynamo Project (both for her personality & her absolutely brilliant sessions) & she’s now offering evening sessions here in the Kabin - open to all!

The benefits of sound therapy are vast - Trish offers a beautiful mix of sound, drumming & meditation.

Conscious connected breathwork sessions, in Coventry, inside our wellbeing studio - Callum’s Kabin.

I run these sessions with the staff & residents of The Dynamo Project - an addiction support & recovery project…

…& I also offer evening sessions here to anyone & everyone local to Coventry.

We’ll be practicing a circular style of breathwork, in this dimly lit studio, alongside a beautiful soundtrack. This style of breathwork is profound & will allow you to connect deeply with who you really are… I’m so passionate about it & I love to share it!

These are children’s sessions for 6-12 year-olds, run by the lovely Beth! She also runs Mum’s Unwind sessions too.

We’re delighted that this absolute labour of love is finished, with help from so many friends of The Dynamo Project. We’re so grateful to everyone for their effort, time & labour.

The Kabin is already very much in use, & providing a calm, safe space for residents & staff of the Dynamo Project.

Named Callum’s Kabin - in memory of Callum Kinzett - we are also opening this space up to local practitioners & community groups looking for a beautiful space to come together, connect, & grow.

We’re looking forward to growing this in to something beautiful, in honour of Callum, & everyone that has had a hand in The Dynamo Project over the years.
