Very cold but we did manage some Tai Chi before a cuppa and chat

It was a bit of a damp morning, but the rain held off enough for a small group to practice in the park. Then off for a coffee in the dry Cricket Pavilion. Thank you to those who braved the weather.

It’s a joy to work with these lovely people on assisted Tai Chi.
