I’ve been a little quiet on here recently — life has been full! 🤍
This is a little reminder to **YOU & MYSELF** that life is too short to live in constant stress, fear and anxiety.
I could ramble on about a lot, but I think all I really want to say is… **I’m GRATEFUL.** ✨
Grateful for every one of my students who continues to support me, show up, practise regularly and, most importantly, prioritise taking time for themselves.
Grateful for this beautiful yoga & sauna community.
Grateful for the ongoing love and support from everyone who continues to believe in what I’m creating.
And grateful for magical evenings like our **eclipse watch party**, which reminded me just how beautiful and unexpected life can be. 🌙✨

What a beautiful day, gifted half day retreat through Cardiff Mums group & supporting women & mums who are going through the motions 🙏

🔥🧊 Embraced the heat & the cold plunge
🍫☕️ Had snacks, tea & a natter
🙏 Then we enjoyed a very slow nourishing yin class, followed by a beautiful yoga nidra 😴
