😍 Sona sásta
🤸🏽♀️I'm absolutely bursting with that joyous yoga feeling; that yoga glow that comes after a great class; that yoga elation that is hard to explain to others sometimes.
🧘🏽♀️Tonight was the first night back to class after a long summer break and I am so filled with gratitude and just buzzin for all the amazing folk who showed up for themselves this evening and took time to look after themselves.
💫 How does yoga help you feel so good?
💫 It's a combination of factors- the breathwork, the carefully chosen movements, the meditation. These all work on different parts of the nervous system to encourage the release of happy hormones and neurotransmitters. The somatic yoga practice encourages us towards greater self-awareness without judgement, which can lead to greater self-acceptance and contentment, especially if practiced regularly.
🧘🏽♀️ There's space for a few more lucky folk at next week's class at The Bayshore Sports & Social Club - Tuesdays 7.30-8.30pm. (This class is in English language)
💚 Beidh rang ióga trí Ghaeilge ar siúl agam Éire Óg CLG Craigavon - Dé Luain, 7 Meán Fómhair (cúrsa 6 seachtaine).
💫 DM me for more info or to join these classes
🤩 Don't forget to share with your friend that would love some yoga joy or would love to learn some Irish while doing yoga.
Le grá, Róisín

What's the difference between yoga & pilates?
Take a big cosy blanket to this yoga class in Derrytrasna and I'll tell you after you've experienced the beautiful guided meditation after all the yoga movements and breathwork.
First class back we're going to focus on back & core stability, strength and flexibility - ease out those aches and pains, improve posture, and feel fabulous 😍
DM me to let me know you're coming if you're new to the class.
Le grá, Róisín 🧘🏽♀️

Maoiniú! Irish language social activities funding.
An bhfuil grúpa sóisialta agat a dhéanann imeachtaí trí Ghaeilge? Tá maoiniú ar fáil ag Foras na Gaeilge anois.
Do you run social activities as Gaeilge? Foras na Gaeilge have applications open now for funding to encourage social events through the Irish language.
I can deliver social yoga and wellbeing activities in Irish. Just drop me a dm to see how we could work together.
Is é aidhm Glacaigí Páirt grúpaí daoine a spreagadh chun caitheamh aimsire a dhéanamh i gcomhar le húsáid na Gaeilge i gcomhthéacsanna sóisialta, neamhfhoirmiúla agus taitneamhacha
Creideann Foras na Gaeilge go bhfuil sé tábhachtach cur le húsáid na Gaeilge sa mhórphobal ar fad, agus tugtar deis tríd an scéim seo do ghrúpaí eile, nach grúpaí Gaeilge iad, úsáid na Gaeilge a éascú agus a fhorbairt sna réimsí caithimh aimsire atá mar ábhar spéise acu. Mar sin, tá tacaíocht á cur ar fáil do ghrúpaí trí Ghaeilge agus iad i mbun caithimh aimsire ar nós grúpa siúlóide, club amhránaíochta nó cumainn sainspéise eile.
Ní mór iarratas a dhéanamh faoin sprioc ar an 27 Iúil 2026. Beidh fáilte roimh aon cheisteanna faoin scéim a sheoladh chuig [email protected] idir an dá linn.
Glacaigí Páirt will focus on providing support for groups to take part in routine activities or recreation through Irish on a regular basis in social, informal and enjoyable settings
Foras na Gaeilge believes that it is important to increase the use of Irish in the greater general public, and through this scheme an opportunity is given to other groups, which are not Irish language groups, to facilitate the use of Irish and develop in the pastimes areas which are of interest to them. Therefore, support is being provided for groups through Irish as they engage in pastimes such as walking groups, a singing club or other special interest groups.
Applications must be submitted by the deadline on 27th July 2026. Any questions about the scheme can be sent to [email protected] in the meantime.

🌞 I've been reflecting a lot on my own yoga practice lately as I'm doing some deep study and upskilling on teen yoga and yoga for menopause.
🌞 I've been reading a lot of research and it puts into words and stats how I've felt in yoga since I started practising it over 20 years ago- yoga's amazing benefits for physical and mental health and wellbeing🧘🏽♀️
🧘🏽♀️ Yoga is not simply exercise, it is soooo much more. It is a practice of unifying the breath and the movement and meditation; of building greater self-awareness, and allowing for self-compassion and self-love.
🧘🏽♀️ And when I see new people try yoga at my class it lifts my heart. My hope is that they too will find their own special magic in their yoga practice and that it will help them navigate the ups and downs of life as it does mine🙏🏽
🌞 And if you want you can join my summer yoga sessions at The Bayhall on on Tuesday 23 June & July 7. 7.30-8.30pm.
Gimme a wee DM to let me know you're coming. If you know someone else who would love to join tell them about the class 🧘🏽♀️
Le grá, Róisín
