Wishing all our clients a Happy New Year! Our clinics re-open tomorrow Tuesday 2nd January 2018. Our full programme of classes starts back Monday 8th January, however, Pilates Taster Sessions are being held this week in the Moira Clinic and are free to attend for anyone interested in joining a class. Taster Sessions this week - Thursday 4th January 7.00 pm and Friday 5th January 10.00 am with Pilates Tone Master Trainer Kay McLorn. Please contact the Moira Clinic on 028 92611211 to register.
