Day 2 of my juice cleanse (Orange bottle - Superfoods Detox)

Actually quite nice!!! Kinda like a sweet carrot juice I'm surprised how much I like it 😃

Guys I have started on a brand new locally sourced 3 detox/ cleanse program. I thought you all might like to know about it in case you'd like to try it too 😊

For the next 3 days I will be switching from:
Day 1. (Red bottle) Liver Cleanse.
Day 2.(Green bottle) Superfood Detox.
Day 3. (Orange) Energising Fat Burner.

I'll keep you all up to date with how I'm getting on and the results I get from it when it's finished. I thought today was the best day to start as I had a heavy weekend at a concert lol (Music is my thing after all lol).... In fact any day is the best day to start, our health is or wealth 😊

Remember this is a cleanse/Detox to get rid of Toxins boost your energy, skin and shed some of that excess weight.
