Opening the envelope is a precision thing. Truth has a way of unsettling a falsified field, leaving exposure precarious pasture in terms of what to preserve.
Extended time with friends from the long past has been my summer treat. Candid conversations beneath the oaks of old-school order—a vast uncovering of analogue architecture.
Thanks to my Manchester Parkinson’s pals for turning out today and helping me locate the Palace Guards; to Itos for filling in the gaps; and to my loyal bodyguard.
Chelsea memories: talking to The Belfast Boy and way beyond, to a cabinet of war; my favourite sister flying high, now colliding with a PM moving north.

Adopting stance is to choose consciousness over habit.
Every posture is an inquiry: What remains when we stop resisting? The body answers in alignment and the breath finds silence.
On the shores of Crail Harbour we are the illusion. For it is not the pose that illustrates us, but the quality of attention we bring to it.
Our changing horizon isn't in search of any conclusions.
