⭐️ Exercises for different phases of labour ⭐️
Exercising is so important during pregnancy!
Of course you want to take it slow or exercise less if you feel like it but some exercises will help during the different phases of labour!
Take a look at what exercises can help and hopefully you can implement these when you are giving birth! 👶

Glute activation that you can do with a baby!
10 lunges with knee drive
10 squats
10 kick backs
10 glute bridge with baby
10 heel glute bridge with baby
Give it a try before your lower workout! 💪

Classes will take place at Snoxhalls field, Cranleigh. 📍
There is parking which is £1 for 3 hours so you can go and grab yourself a coffee from one of the delicious cafes on the high street- a 30second walk!

30 minutes! Give it a try during nap time, or when they are occupied or give baby to dad who can occupy them for half an hour! 👨‍👧
All you need it a set of dumbbells and if they are very light then do more reps or add a pulse. 💪

Run 0-5k with your buggy within 8 weeks.
We will take things slow and gradually increase our distance. 🏃🏻‍♀️
Must be at least 4 months postpartum

Tips for returning to exercise on a safe manner!
First things first is reconnect your core! This can be done will lots of safe core exercises as you still want to work the core but not excessively and through breathing techniques!
•Ask for help and guidance if needed! That’s why there are professionals! Your body is so important especially now with a baby!
•Take gentle walks to get your body back moving
•Listen to your body and if there are any warning signs then take a step back and reassess
•Do exercises to help diastasis recti and seek a a healthcare professional for further help if needed
•Stay hydrated, every day and all day!
