😬 Missed my video last week as I was having a little wobble, but that’s all part of training. Delighted that the temperature has got a little cooler, it definitely helps.
🏃🏻 Longest run of the plan so far this week and at the brilliant suggestion of Chiara I tried something a little different to try to trick my brain into thinking it wasn’t quite so far.
🟣 Let me know if you’ve got any little tricks to make those long runs just a bit more bearable.

🟢 Cara has been with us since our very earliest days and has always been a popular and much loved member, always helping and encouraging others. She’s also our number 1 employee! Having Cara means I can go on holiday and relax knowing that our members will get great workouts and be well looked after.
