If you’ve ever thought, I’d love to try a heels class, but I’m nervous - this is your sign. 💖 This is a BEGINNERS class, a safe space to move, feel, and grow your confidence at your own pace. No judgment, just pure empowerment.

✨ EXCITING NEWS LADIES! ✨

Our class on 30th January is going to be extra special, and I’d love for YOU to be part of it!

We’ve been chosen to feature in a ‘Day in the Life’ campaign for a company focused on financial wellbeing, security, savings, and planning for the future. And guess what? They’ve chosen She.Rise to help tell this story!

📽️ A videographer will be in class to capture the energy, connection, and sisterhood we’ve built 💫 The focus is on us and our interactions – not just the movement!

💼 The footage will be used on websites, social media, TV, print, and more.

As most of you know, this little class we’ve built is outside of my full-time job. Seeing how far it’s come is so special, and I’d love for you to be part of this amazing opportunity.
