Each year people ask if January is my busiest time of year and the answer isn't what you'd think....
My busiest time of year is February π€ͺ.... Here's why
You sign up to a gym in January with all good intentions, after a month of turning up, not really knowing what you're doing in the weights area so spending most of your time on the cardio machines you either decide it's not for you and give up completely or you seek help from a personal trainer π€© and my inbox fills up.
So rather than going it alone and wasting money long term, how about turning up to the gym in January with a plan? It's that simple π©·πͺπ»

I can't believe it's been 3 years this week since I opened my garage gym doors to you lovely lot, and what a three years it has been!
We've laughed, we've cried, and we have smashed some serious goals, hit milestones you thought were impossible and found strength in more than your hamstrings π€ͺπ©·
Prior to qualifying as a PT I'd had 1 coach myself .... During my training and since qualifying I've now worked with 11 more incredible coaches, I've been coached by these guys, 1:1, learning from them, how they coach, what makes them special and ultimately what makes us all different π©·
The biggest thing I've learnt over the past three years is we all have our niche, our unique personal experience, our passion, our sport, our personality, our motivation and our why. And this is what makes personal training special - we care. We were where you are. We understand . We've got this π π©·πͺπ»πͺπ»
