• Wednesdays 5:00pm & 6:30pm
• Saturdays 11:15am & 12:30pm
• Thursdays Aerial Sling 5:30pm (starting 2nd March)

We had a super fun time of Aerial Allsorts in our Flyers sessions last week! 🍭
Team favourites seemed to be the Silks & Pole across all age groups! 💪

An opportunity for grown ups to catch up with pre-christmas tasks, whilst the kids get their last flying fix before the new year!

With Christmas approaching, all Flyers sessions will be running as normal in line with West Sussex school terms. The last session being Thursday 15th December. 🎄
Any class packs will be extended over the Christmas period to make up for our 2 week closure. Meaning lots of flying fun for the new year! 🦋

😱 In true Halloween style we will be doing spooky warm ups, spooky themed fancy dress is optional (please make sure your CAW Kid & Big Flyer can still move comfortably on our equipment) and we will even be learning spooky Halloween circus moves!! 👻

Classes are pitched at a beginners/ improvers level and the perfect opportunity to workout together. Whether that's with a friend, mum, dad, aunt, sister, nephew etc.
