There are some spaces available in our Thursday evening classes at St Paul's Methodist Church in Northgate, Crawley.

Today, my little business, Horizon Pilates is 3 years old. Thank you to everyone who has attended one of my classes over the last 3 years, and special thanks to my regulars. I feel truly honoured every time you show up to class and join me on the mat. Here’s to many more years moving well and feeling good!
