With summer approaching and everybody looking forward to holidays Blits will be posting tips around nutrition and training for fat loss. Anyone new to boxing is more than welcome to come down to our club for a free trial session. We are here to cater for all needs; people who want to compete and improve their boxing skills or people who just want to get fit and obtain that summer bod 😉 Anyone looking to participate in training just for fitness does not have to compete or fight, it is entirely up to each individual and their goals.
