We're looking for friendly faces to help make our new Sports Café a welcoming place for everyone, and we'd love to invite you to an informal information meeting to find out more.

Volunteering doesn't have to mean giving up every weekend. Whether you can spare just one hour now and then, a few hours each month, or help more regularly, every contribution makes a difference. We're flexible and will work around your availability.

The café will have a simple menu, and no previous experience is needed. Full training, guidance and ongoing support will be provided, so you'll never be expected to do anything you're not comfortable with.

As well as helping create a fantastic community space, volunteering is a great way to meet new people, learn new skills, be part of a team, and have some fun along the way.

Come along to our friendly information meeting, enjoy a chat, ask any questions you may have, and discover how a small amount of your time could have a big impact. There is absolutely no commitment required—just an opportunity to find out more.

We held our Woman of the Year awards at Copthorne this week. Nominated by their peer slimmers for that extra praise and recognition.

Our 4 winners, for our 4 groups at Copthorne had lost 19 stone between them. A true inspiration. 💗

Another great Quiz evening at the Pavilion. We were so busy answering the questions, we nearly missed the beautiful sunset.
We thank our attendees for supporting this CSCA fundraising event and big thanks to Amanda, the organiser and Quiz Mistress.
