Here she is, HAPPY SUNDAY🤯 Just how incredible, I literally couldn’t be more chuffed with this progress!
Our current goal is to build up strength & size! We have increased calories & pushing for progression each session 🔥 and OBVS, no question, each session she pushes better than her last.
Heavier weight on her bicep curls, longer sat in her wall sit, her insanely strong core, lord I could go on and on.
The hard work Megan puts in is second to none.
4 sessions a week, 2 PT, 2 solo... all done from home 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Her pictures speak volumes, but everything I throw her way she smashes and more.
Look at those legs!!!
Couldn’t wish it to be going any better tbh, in fact the only hurdle we may have is that we need heavier weights for home 👀
Now get us into that garage I cannot bloody wait

THATS HOW WE ROLL. Starting the day right with a spotlight 🤩HAPPY SUNDAAAY!! Tayler Richards
Firstly can we just appreciate the incredible edits on the progress pics I receive 😅
Myself and Tayler first started working together in JULY. Even with the closure of gyms still in place, her results came in thick and fast that’s for sure 😅 and that’s because she always smashed the basics - her steps and calorie targets.
Ah man I miss lockdown walks 😅
We then set up a laaavely gym based plan, my god I just wasn’t ready for all the PB’s!!
I am SO SO pleased with what’s been achieved in this time. She looks incredible, glorious increased calorie target and stronger than ever.
25 on that overhead next 👀
Please don’t ever stop leaving comments on our workouts 🤣🤣🤣

HERE SHE ISSS! 😍 the spotlight is on yooou Laura Ellen Dennett 🔥
This girls motivation has me feeling lazy most days 🤣🤣
Recently her work routine changed from shift work to Mon-Fri 9 til 5, instantly she got herself into her new routine and now I wake up to 6am gym seshs that are already complete 👏🏼
The second picture is such an incredible example of a non scale victory.. she’s been using a pair of trousers to track progress and just look 😍 how insane and motivating are these pics!!!
LOVE how there’s always a new pic of progress!!! Whether it’s our progress pic, or we’ve hit new weights in the gym... shes consistent that’s for sure and it just makes my daaaay receiving them!!
So don’t stop sending them all my way!

Sooo excited to share Shirley’s incredible progress.... THESE PICTURES ARE 10 WEEKS APART!!!😍
This right here just shows what tracking/managing your calories can achieve!!
At the beginning of July she started weekly sessions with both Shaun & myself -
I mean, all those who knows Shirley will know how much hard work she puts into her sessions 😅😅😅
We’ve noticed such an improvement in some of our exercises!!
So now this extra movement we have, combined with her consistency each day with her calories has helped her reach every single target she has set for herself and overall resulting in an amazing 1 1/2 STONE LOSS!
And like she says “gone for good” 🥰
She’s already busy getting started on her next target guys 😎

🤩CLIENT SPOTLIGHT🤩
Just WOW! I’m so proud of the journey you’ve been on!
Not only amazing progress she’s achieved physically.. but also a huuuge noticeable change in mindset and confidence!! 🙌🏼
We set daily goals and that’s it, she was off, no messing ✅ step goal rain or shine!
From feeling uneasy in the gym, to being buzzed for a session a week in advance🤪and when your new weekly buy is a new item of gym clothing 🤣
Changes like that are the ones that you can’t show in progress pics... but are the ones that I see behind closed doors that are the most powerful and rewarding of all 🥰

In need of the extra motivation some days 😅
I always felt like I could never say I couldn’t be arsed to train if I’m a PT! I put pressure on myself to be my own coach and motivate myself... well where’s that motivation coming from then Daz, if you don’t have any then we screwed 🤣

I now see nothing negative about me having a little extra help. Very thankful for Shaun and even my clients when I have 👎🏼 days... we can all cry through wall sit pains together ☺️

If you don’t need the extra motivation... use yours to help motivate someone else that may need it?!

Strict healthy picnic with only fruit to offer?!
Abbbbsolutely not!!! The crisps and chocolate had just already been scoffed 🤣
Something I really stress to my clients is that we don’t need to be cutting out foods we enjoy to be seeing weight loss results!
It’s all about finding that balance that will work best for you and making sure you ENJOY your foods, if it’s enjoyable it’s going to be more sustainable.
Enjoy your process... results will follow.
Our diets don’t HAVE to be boring and dull whilst sticking to targets🍩🍰🥪🍎🍟🍓🍫🍇🍟
