HOME‑ED MARTIAL ARTS — MONDAYS IN TILGATE, CRAWLEY

Looking for a fun, structured and confidence‑building activity for your Home‑Ed child?

We run two back‑to‑back sessions every Monday:

🥋 Home‑Ed Karate – 11am
Perfect for beginners. Focus on discipline, coordination, confidence and life skills.

🥊 Home‑Ed Kickboxing – 12pm
High‑energy padwork, striking drills, teamwork, sparring and fitness — suitable for all levels.

Our classes are calm, supportive, SEN‑friendly and designed to help young people grow at their own pace.

🌟 Optional Competition Pathway Available
For families who want more, we offer a competition development route led by our head coach — a 5× World Champion, with years of international competitive experience, GB Team Coach experience, and World Championship Refereeing experience.
This pathway is completely optional and only for those who choose it.

FREE Martial Arts Classes This May
— Karate & Kickboxing (Home‑Ed 7+, SEN, Juniors & Teens)

For the rest of May, I’m opening up free training sessions across our Home‑Ed and Junior/Teen classes.
If you’ve been thinking about starting — or you trained with us a while ago and want to get back into it — this is the perfect time.
And All sessions are SEN friendly.

Home‑Ed Mondays (Age 7+)
• 11am Karate
• 12pm Kickboxing
Dates: 18th & 25th May

Junior/Teen Fridays:
• Karate/Kickboxing Combined
Dates: 8th, 15th & 22nd May

Our sessions are intentionally small, so every student gets proper attention.
We focus on:

• Confidence
• Discipline
• Focus
• Respect
• Self‑defence
• Building Friendships
• Team Work
• Problem Solving
• Life skills that carry over into school, home, and everyday life

New starters, Home‑Ed families, SEN students, and returning members who’ve been away for a while are all welcome.
And if you want to bring a friend, they can join the free sessions too.

Todays Home-Ed classed 11am and 12pm are both cancelled.

Due to all regular students confirming not attending today due to Bank Holiday.

This notice is in case anyone else was planning to come down who's not normally down on Monday's and so may not have received the notification.

All Classes Back as Normal from Today (Monday).

From 400 miles up North for a short holiday in Northumberland and back,
To 150 miles South West to Yeovil for over 3 hours of solid training and back again!

All within a 7 day period... and I'm returning with some new drills to teach as well!
